Last updated: January 2025. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of organizers and attendees.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Name, email address, username, profile photo, and authentication credentials.
Event & Ticketing Data: Registration answers, ticket tier selections, and attendee lists.
Payment References: Transaction identifiers and payment status from local gateways (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay). We never store raw debit/credit card numbers or wallet PINs on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

To issue digital QR ticket passes and confirm registrations via email.
To enable event organizers to check in attendees and send essential event updates.
To prevent fraudulent bookings, duplicate tickets, and unauthorized admissions.

3. Data Sharing & Guest Lists

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If an organizer enables a public guest list for an event, only your public profile name and avatar will be visible to other attendees. Private contact details (email and phone) are only accessible to the verified event host.

4. Security & Storage

All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern encryption standards. Media and photo assets are securely stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage.

5. Your Rights & Inquiries

You can update your personal information or request data deletion anytime from your Account Settings or by contacting our Nepali Support Desk.
