1. Accepting These Terms

By creating an account, hosting an event, or purchasing tickets through Nimantra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Nimantra”, “we”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Event Hosting & Organizer Obligations

• Organizers are solely responsible for accurately describing event details, venues, timings, age restrictions, and refund policies.
• Organizers warrant that their events comply with applicable local laws, municipal regulations, and safety standards in Nepal.
• Nimantra reserves the right to unpublish, cancel, or suspend any listing that violates community standards or poses safety hazards.

3. Payments, Fees & Settlement

• Tickets are sold in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Transactions are processed via licensed payment gateway partners including eSewa, Khalti, and Fonepay.
• Nimantra retains a standard platform fee (5% on paid tickets; 0% on free registrations) as disclosed on our pricing page.
• Ticket revenue payouts are settled to the verified host's nominated Nepali bank account or digital wallet following completion or verified milestone schedule.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the host's stated event policy. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, registered ticket holders are entitled to a full refund according to the payment provider's settlement timelines.
